Our pad measures 12*24in, and the heating material accounts for 70%.

How hot does it get?

Our pad has six temperature settings, namely 104℉ 117℉ 130℉ 142℉ 155℉ 167℉. You can easily switch between these settings by pressing a button.

Does this pad have to be plugged in all the time or is rechargeable?

The heating pad must remain plugged in to operate. It uses an AC/DC adapter that can be connected to a standard wall outlet (100V to 240V), or it can be powered by a power bank or portable power station. The pad is not rechargeable and needs to stay connected to a power source while in use.

What is the operating voltage of this pad?

The pad operates on a low voltage of 12V, which is much lower than the safe voltage limit for human use. You can confidently use it without any concerns.

How can I use the heating pad outdoors or while camping?

To use the heating pad outdoors or while camping, you can power it using a Type-C cable connected to a power bank that supports the PD protocol at 9V-2A/12V-2.5A or through a portable power station’s USB-C port that also supports the PD protocol.

My remote control is no longer paired, and the Bluetooth connection is lost. What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out! Please follow these steps to resolve the Bluetooth connection issue:

1. Confirm that the button on the pad is functioning properly. Plug the pad into power and check if the button adjusts heat levels as expected.

2. Ensure the remote has sufficient battery. The battery icon should display at least two bars.

3. Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons on the remote for 5 seconds. Check if the Bluetooth icon on the remote is flashing, and if the button on the blanket flashes a blue light.

4. If the above steps work, briefly press the button on the blanket to begin pairing. The Bluetooth icon on the remote should turn solid, indicating successful pairing.

Once paired, test the remote to control the pad and ensure it operates as expected.
