Return Policy

Title

1. cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. 

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.  You may return the items in your original order back. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

2. returns

We accept product returns. 

 

Return eligibility: 

  • Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the contents of the goods match the inventory list at the time of receipt.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping fee:

  • Refund processing fee of $10 applies. 

If you received a free item or a gift with purchase, you can either return it with the package or keep it. If you choose to keep the item, the retail value will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jartoo.com.
