The 1-Year Limited Warranty

1-year Limited Warranty for jartoo products purchased from us covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use.

Warranty Service

Register: We highly recommend that upon purchase, you register your appliance on the Jartoo official website (https://jartoo.com/) and enjoy exclusive benefits. To register, please enter the last 10 or 11 digits of the serial number. Failure to register your product won't diminish your warranty rights. 
How to Claim: Please retain your proof of purchase. To make a claim under our Limited Warranty, you need to provide your serial number and the original purchase receipt with the purchase date and order number on it. 

What is Covered?

All labor and parts are included at no extra cost to ensure proper machine operation during the warranty period.
2.We repair or replace jartoo heated products found defective within 1 year of purchase or delivery.
3.Covered components: controller, wiring, and the blanket.

What is not Covered?

1.Damage from abuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
2.Improper voltage/current usage or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
3.Attempts to adjust electrical/mechanical functions.

Jartoo is not responsible for the cost, damage or repairs incurred by purchasing a machine from an unauthorized dealer. 


All products purchased from Jartoo come with a worry-free warranty. You can find the exact warranty period of the product in the instruction manual or warranty document inside the product box. You can also check the warranty period with our customer service team by message. Order ID: You can find this ID in your purchasing account's order history.
Model number: You can find the model number in your account's order history and on the product's packaging or manual. Some products have model numbers printed directly on them. The model number helps us identify the exact make and model of your product more accurately than the product name can.
NOTE: Defective products may need to be returned for quality inspection before JARTOO releases a replacement.
