【T01】Monitor disconnects from a camera / monitor red light flashing: No picture from a camera on the monitor, a disconnection prompt, or the status light flashing red.

A flashing red light on the monitor means the camera has disconnected; the two cameras in the JBM360 set are pre-paired with the monitor at the factory.

 1) Confirm the affected camera is powered stably by its bundled adapter and raise the monitor antenna;

 2) Safely move the monitor and the camera to a closer, obstruction-free position and observe once, away from metal structures and large appliances;

 3) Note whether the other camera works normally at the same position, to tell a single-camera issue from an environment issue. Please report: whether it recovers at close range without obstruction, whether the red light stops flashing, and the comparison of the two cameras. Stop testing and escalate if it still disconnects at close range without obstruction, or if repair testing is needed.

【T02】Adding or re-pairing a camera: Adding a second camera, reconnecting after a reset, or a camera has clearly lost its pairing.

Cameras are pre-paired at the factory; to add a camera or after a reset, go to Menu → Camera → Add Camera; the JBM360 supports up to 2 cameras.

1) Confirm the number of connected cameras does not exceed 2 and operate on the target camera only;

2) Go to Menu → Camera → Add Camera and follow the on-screen prompts to complete one add;

 3) Only record the actual light behavior and screen result. Please report: the Add Camera page result, the actual light behavior, and the online status of both cameras. Escalate if one add still fails, or the manual does not match the actual behavior.

【T03】Weak signal, lag or disconnection at long range: Video delay, stutter, lower signal bars, or disconnection when moving to another room.

The maximum range in open areas is about 2,000 ft / 600 m; walls, floors, metal structures, glass and appliances weaken the signal and add delay, with metal obstructions usually having the most obvious effect. The manual states a minimum of 50 m through 4 walls, but real environments affect the result.

1) Raise the monitor antenna and keep the target camera and monitor away from metal, thick walls, floors, glass and large appliances;

2) Do one “original position vs. closer obstruction-free position” comparison and record the signal bars, delay and disconnection at both places;

3) If both cameras are affected, check the shared environment first; if only one is affected, keep the comparison video. Please report: the comparison result, the number of affected cameras, and the signal icons. Escalate if it still disconnects at close range without obstruction, or the cause cannot be narrowed after two rounds of discriminating checks.

【T04】Can it be used without internet: The user has no home network or the internet is temporarily down.

Yes, it can. The JBM360 is a single-mode product; the camera connects directly to the monitor, with no App pairing and no internet required.

 1) Use the bundled monitor to view the target camera directly; no home network connection is needed;

 2) If the monitor cannot connect to the camera, check power, distance and obstruction per T01; for re-pairing, follow T02.

【T05】Night picture turns black and white: Color during the day, black and white at night or in dark conditions.

In low light the camera automatically switches to infrared night vision; a black-and-white picture is usually normal (rated night-vision distance 6 m). If it stays black and white in sufficiently bright conditions, check the light condition and whether the light sensor area is covered.

1) Confirm whether it only happens at night or in the dark; if so, it can be used as normal infrared night vision;

2) Confirm the camera light sensor area is not covered by fabric or other objects;

3) Observe once under normal indoor lighting and record whether color is restored. Please report: whether color is restored under normal lighting and whether the light sensor area is covered. Escalate if it stays black and white under normal lighting without obstruction; stop repeating the test.

【T06】Sound is too low: Can't hear the baby clearly, camera-side sound is low during two-way talk, or the lullaby is too low.

The device comes with active howling suppression enabled by default. When the camera and monitor are placed close to each other, the monitor volume will be dynamically reduced to prevent acoustic howling. This will not affect normal operation at the recommended installation distance. The three audio channels have independent volume controls: to hear the baby, raise the monitor speaker volume with Volume + on top of the monitor; for two-way talk, go to Menu → Camera → Camera Volume or App Camera View → Settings → Audio Settings; for the lullaby, go to Menu → Music → Playback Volume or App Lullaby → Volume. If there is no improvement after clearly raising the corresponding volume, or persistent noise/no sound occurs, escalate to human support.

【T07】Whistling/feedback when camera and monitor are close: A piercing high-frequency sound or feedback occurs when the two devices are close together.

Audio feedback may occur when the camera and monitor are within about 6 ft / 2 m of each other; the devices being too close is the primary cause.

1) Move the target camera and monitor apart to more than about 2 m, and avoid pointing the speaker at the microphone;

2) Observe once at the new fixed position to see whether it disappears. Please report: whether the whistling disappears completely after increasing the distance, and whether it only occurs with one camera. Escalate if it keeps whistling beyond about 2 m; stop moving the devices repeatedly.

【T08】Cry, noise, motion or temperature/humidity alert issues: No alerts received, too many alerts, or alerts that don't match the actual situation.

The monitor can set Cry Detection, Noise Detection, Motion Detection and Temp & Humidity separately; higher noise/motion sensitivity triggers more easily, and temperature/humidity has a settable range; Alert Volume controls the alert volume; the device keeps the latest 100 alerts.

1) Confirm the target detection is enabled, and check the Noise/Motion sensitivity or the Temp & Humidity range;

2) Confirm Alert Volume is audible, and check whether the latest 100 alerts include the corresponding records;

3) With cable safety ensured, keep the camera about 1.5–2.5 m from the baby and run one controlled verification. Please report: whether there are alert records, whether there is sound, the before/after results, and the actual mounting distance. Stop repeating the test and escalate if one controlled verification still triggers nothing/keeps false-triggering, or the evidence contradicts the settings.

【T09】Temperature reading differs from other thermometers: The temperature on the monitor differs from another thermometer in the room.

Small differences may be caused by the camera placement, air circulation and nearby heat sources (camera operating range -10 to 50 °C).

1) Confirm the target camera is away from direct heat sources, cold/hot air outlets and direct sunlight, with vents unobstructed;

2) Place the comparison thermometer at a similar height and environment, and compare once after the readings stabilize;

3) Record both readings and positions; do not judge hardware damage from a single difference. Please report: the stable difference at the same position and environment photos. Escalate for verification if the difference stays obvious and cannot be explained by the environment, or the reading jumps abnormally.

【T10】Tracking, split-screen or scan issues: Tracking doesn't follow the target, or the two cameras cannot split/scan as expected.

1) Tracking: confirm Tracking is enabled and record one continuous target-movement video to capture actual following performance;

2) Two cameras: confirm both cameras are online, then go to Menu → Camera → Camera View and select Split or Scan;

3) For quick scanning, press and hold the Zoom/Scan key on the monitor for about 2 seconds to enter Scan Mode. If the issue persists with correct settings, escalate to human support.

【T11】SD card not recognized, no recording, or playback unavailable: No capacity in Storage, no recordings found on the computer, or the user cannot find a microSD card in the package.

A microSD card must be purchased separately (Class 10 or above, up to 128 GB). The monitor Storage can show capacity and format; 1) Confirm the card is Class 10 or above and ≤128 GB, and check Menu → Camera → Storage for capacity; 2) To view recordings, power off safely, remove the card properly, and read it on a computer; 3) Format via Storage only when important recordings are backed up, the user explicitly agrees to erase data, and the card still cannot be used; formatting deletes everything on the card. Please report: whether Storage shows capacity, whether the computer can see the files, the exact error, and whether data is backed up. Escalate if a compatible card is still not recognized, or do not continue formatting if data is important and not backed up.

【T12】Screen turns off, wake-up, or battery-life questions: The monitor screen turns off automatically, the user thinks the picture is lost, or battery life differs from expectations.

Sleep Mode selects the wake method and Display Duration determines how long until the screen sleeps; VOC turns off the screen but keeps audio monitoring and AI detection on, while Deep Sleep turns off both the screen and audio but keeps AI detection (approx. 12 h screen-on, approx. 24 h in Deep Sleep). 1) Press OK to wake the screen and check Sleep Mode and Display Duration 2) Choose VOC, Deep Sleep or always-on as needed and record one full usage cycle; 3) When charging, the monitor power light stays solid red and turns off when full; both devices use the included 5V 1.5A adapter/cable. If obvious overheating, odor, leakage or a damaged battery occurs, stop using immediately and escalate to human support.

【T13】Charging or camera power issues: The monitor cannot charge, the charging light is abnormal, or a camera's power is unstable.

Both the monitor and camera are rated 5V 1.5A; the monitor power light stays red while charging and turns off when full; only use the bundled AC adapter and accessories. 1) Confirm the matching bundled 5V 1.5A adapter and cable are used, with the connector firmly inserted and vents unobstructed; 2) After confirming no damage, odor, liquid ingress or overheating, try one known-good outlet and observe once; 3) If only one of the two cameras is affected, record the comparison under the same power environment, but do not repeatedly cross-test possibly hazardous accessories. Please report: the charging light status, the outlet comparison, the affected device, and any heat/odor. Disconnect power immediately on any hazard sign; escalate if original accessories and a normal outlet still do not work.

【T14】Deleting a camera: The user explicitly wants to remove a camera from the monitor.

Delete Camera can remove a camera; a single camera must be offline before deletion. The JBM360 supports up to 2 cameras. An accidental deletion affects the existing pairing, so deletion should not be used as a routine disconnection check. 1) Confirm the target camera number first to avoid deleting the other camera still in use; 2) Only go to Menu → Camera → Delete Camera when the target camera is offline and the user explicitly agrees to remove it; 3) To re-add after deletion, follow the T02 Add Camera path. Please report: the camera list before/after deletion and whether the user needs to re-add. Escalate if the user is unsure of the target camera, deletion cannot be recovered.

【T15】Warranty, return/exchange, discount or compensation requests: The user asks about the warranty period, or requests a refund, exchange, discount, or compensation.

The JBM360 comes with a default 1-year limited warranty; it can be extended to 2 years after completing official after-sales registration (extension does not automatically take effect), and eligibility and handling plans must be verified by authorized personnel. Negotiable options include refund, exchange, or a discount for the defective product. Prepare the purchase and registration documents and escalate through the official after-sales channel for eligibility verification; do not promise applicable conditions, specific discounts, outcomes or timeframes before authorized personnel confirm.
