Why can't I connect the camera to the app?

Please check the following:
• Make sure Location Permission is enabled for the app.
• Press and hold the PAIR button for 5 seconds, then release it. The camera will not enter pairing mode until the button is released. When pairing mode is activated, you will hear three beeps and the indicator light will flash green.
• Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks are not supported.

Can I still use the monitor if I don't have Wi-Fi?

Yes. The monitor can connect directly to the camera in No-WiFi Mode without requiring an internet connection.

Can my family members also access the camera?

Yes. You can share device access with up to 20 users through the app. Up to 5 users can view the live stream simultaneously.

Can anyone else access my camera or recordings?

• The camera supports a No-WiFi Mode. You can disable Wi-Fi using the physical switch on the camera.
• Videos are stored locally on a microSD card only. No cloud storage subscription is required.
• Privacy Mode in the app allows you to disable audio streaming when needed.

Why is the audio volume too low?

Different audio functions use separate volume controls:
• Can't hear your baby clearly?
Increase the monitor speaker volume using the Volume + button on the top of the monitor.

• Baby can't hear you clearly during Two-Way Talk?
Increase the camera speaker volume:
Monitor: Menu → Camera → Camera Volume
App: Camera View → Settings → Audio Settings

• Lullaby volume too low?
Increase the lullaby playback volume:
Monitor: Menu → Music → Playback Volume
App: Camera View → Lullaby → Volume

Why does the screen switch to black and white at night?

This is normal. The camera automatically switches to infrared night vision in low-light conditions.

Why do I hear a high-pitched noise when the camera and monitor are close together?

Audio feedback may occur when the camera and monitor are within approximately 6 ft (2 m) of each other. Move them farther apart to eliminate the noise.

Why does the signal become weak or disconnect?

In No-WiFi Mode, the transmission range is up to 2,000 ft (600 m) in open areas. Walls, floors, metal structures, glass, and household appliances may reduce signal strength and increase latency. Metal barriers typically cause the most interference.

 

In Wi-Fi Mode, you can access the camera remotely as long as both the camera and your mobile device have a stable internet connection.

Can I watch previously recorded videos?

Yes. The camera supports video recording and playback when a microSD card (up to 128GB) is installed. After inserting a compatible microSD card, you can view recorded videos through the app's Playback feature.

Why can't I find a microSD card in the box?

No. A microSD card is not included and must be purchased separately. The camera supports microSD cards up to 128GB.

Where should I place the camera for the best performance?

For optimal video, audio, and cry detection performance, place the camera approximately 4.9–8.2 ft (1.5–2.5 m) from your baby.

Why is the temperature reading different from another thermometer?

Small variations are normal because temperature readings can be affected by camera placement, airflow, and nearby heat sources.

Which mode should I use: VOC Mode or Deep Sleep Mode?

• VOC Mode turns off the screen while keeping audio monitoring and AI detection active.
• Deep Sleep Mode turns off both the screen and audio monitoring, while AI detection remains active.
• Deep Sleep Mode provides approximately 2–3 hours longer battery life than VOC Mode.

What is the warranty period?

The product includes a 12-month limited warranty. You can extend the warranty to 24 months by registering your product through the QR code provided or by visiting the Jartoo website.

What is the effective range, and what factors affect the signal?

A: The effective transmission range is about 2–567 meters (approximately 6–1860 feet) in open areas. If the distance is too close (under 2m), feedback noise may occur; if too far or separated by multiple walls, the signal may weaken or delay. Walls, floors, metal structures, glass, and household appliances can reduce signal strength, with metal or iron walls causing the most interference.

Where is the best place to position the camera?

A: Place the camera 1.5–2.5m (4.9–8.2ft) from your baby. Too far may reduce sound pickup and cry detection accuracy.

Does the monitor and camera need to stay plugged in?

The monitor has a built-in 6000mAh battery for cordless use. The camera must stay plugged in for stable video and audio transmission.

How to pair or add a new camera?

It comes pre-paired at the factory. To re-pair or add a new camera, you can do so via the "Add Camera" option in the menu bar. See the instruction manual for details. Supports up to 4 cameras.

When will the monitor screen automatically turn on?

A: When cry detection, abnormal temperature, signal loss, low battery, or feeding alarm is triggered.

How does cry detection work?

A: When the camera detects crying, the monitor lights up and alarms until turned off manually.

Can I adjust the screen brightness?

A: The monitor offers 8 levels of brightness to suit different lighting environments, and 8 levels of volume control for audio playback. On the camera side, only the lullaby volume (8 levels) can be adjusted. The two-way talk volume is fixed and not adjustable.

Can the product be used in the dark?

A: Yes. The camera is equipped with infrared night vision, allowing clear monitoring of your baby even in complete darkness.

Can I talk to my baby through the monitor?

A: Yes. Supports two-way talk to comfort your baby or communicate with family.

Is the non-Wi-Fi monitor secure?

A: Uses encrypted private signal, not internet—safe and immune to hacking.

How long is the warranty?

how do I turn night vision off during the day ?

How hot does it get?

Our blanket has four temperature settings, namely 95℉ 108℉ 118℉ 131℉.You can easily switch between these settings by pressing a button.

What is the heating area?

Our blanket measures 60*50in, and the heating material accounts for 70%.

The blanket fails within the warranty period, how do I contact the seller?

What is the company's warranty for this product?

What are the directions on how to wash it ?

Our blanket supports both machine washing and drying, but please pay attention to the following when washing:
1. Wait until the blanket is cooled before washing; 
2. Be sure to cut off the power and unplug the adapter before washing; keep the adapter dry and never try to wash it with water; 
3. Never try to soak it in high-temperature (>60°C) hot water or clean it by dry cleaning; 
4. To get a longer service life, the drying temperature is recommended to be lower than 65°C; 
5. For better heating effect, make sure the electric blanket is completely dried before use.

What is the operating voltage of this blanket?

The blanket operates on a low voltage of 24V, which is much lower than the safe voltage limit for human use. You can confidently use it without any concerns.

What kind of wall outlet does it plug into?

Our AC/DC adapter is compatible with standard wall outlets ranging from 100V to 240V. You can directly plug it into your regular wall socket without needing any special extensions.

How many watts does this consume? 

The maximum power consumption of the blanket is approximately 70W.

What is the length of the power cord?

The power cord is approximately 2.5 meters long, making it suitable for most scenarios.

What material are electric blankets made of? 

Our electric blankets have a flannel surface fabric that feels soft, fluffy, and gentle on the skin.

Can I remove the washable label?

Yes, you can remove the washable label once you have familiarized yourself with the important instructions. Our labels are designed to be easily peeled off, so you don't need any extra tools to remove them.

Can I lay on top of it?

Sure. Our electric blankets are made with flexible heating material, ensuring that you can comfortably lay on top of them without feeling any discomfort other than the warmth they provide.

Can you use this under a comforter?

Yes, you can use this blanket under another comforter if you prefer. It will provide warmth throughout the night.

How long does it take to warm up?

Our blanket heats up instantly, it reaches 118℉ in 3 minutes.
