Die einjährige beschränkte Garantie für bei uns erworbene Jartoo-Produkte deckt Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler bei normaler, nicht gewerblicher Nutzung ab.

Registrieren: Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend, Ihr Gerät nach dem Kauf auf der offiziellen Jartoo-Website zu registrieren (https://jartoo.com/) und genießen Sie exklusive Vorteile. Geben Sie zur Registrierung bitte die letzten 10 oder 11 Ziffern der Seriennummer ein. Wenn Sie Ihr Produkt nicht registrieren, werden Ihre Garantieansprüche nicht beeinträchtigt.
So fordern Sie den Kauf an: Bitte bewahren Sie Ihren Kaufbeleg auf. Um einen Anspruch im Rahmen unserer beschränkten Garantie geltend zu machen, müssen Sie Ihre Seriennummer und den Originalkaufbeleg mit Kaufdatum und Bestellnummer angeben.

Was ist abgedeckt?

Um den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Maschine während der Garantiezeit zu gewährleisten, sind alle Arbeits- und Ersatzteilkosten im Preis inbegriffen.
2.We Reparatur oder Austausch von beheizten Jartoo-Produkten, die innerhalb eines Jahres nach dem Kauf bzw. der Lieferung als defekt gelten.
3.Covered Komponenten: Controller, Verkabelung und Decke.

To register, please enter the last 10 or 11 digits of the serial number. Failure to register your product won't diminish your warranty rights. 

How to Claim: Please retain your proof of purchase. To make a claim under our Limited Warranty, you need to provide your serial number and the original purchase receipt with the purchase date and order number on it. 

What is Covered?

1.All labor and parts are included at no extra cost to ensure proper machine operation during the warranty period.
2.We repair or replace jartoo heated products found defective within 1 year of purchase or delivery.
3.Covered components: controller, wiring, and the blanket.

What is not Covered?

1.Damage from abuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
2.Improper voltage/current usage or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
3.Attempts to adjust electrical/mechanical functions.
