How to Reconnect the Baby Unit and the Parent Unit?

Jartoo baby monitor is very easy to install, just plug and play.

Is the 12 month warranty real? How can I extend the warranty?

Yes, the Jartoo baby monitor comes with a 12-month warranty. To extend the warranty, you may need to register the product on the Jartoo website or contact their customer service directly for more information.

Is there a multi camera option?

The Jartoo baby monitor supports multi-camera options, allowing you to add additional cameras to the same parent unit (Up to 4 cameras).

Will the zoomed-in video image be out of focus?

The zoomed-in video image quality should remain clear and not out of focus, thanks to the monitor's high-resolution capabilities.

How long does the battery last?

The battery life of the parent unit typically lasts up to 18 hours with continuous use.

Does the camera have lights or a clicking noise or anything in baby’s room for the night vision?

The camera has infrared LEDs for night vision, which do not emit any visible light or clicking noise, ensuring a disturbance-free environment for the baby.

Is there a setting that allows camera and sound to stay on continuously for parent viewing? Don’t want screen to time out and shut off between sounds?

Yes, there is a setting that allows the camera and sound to stay on continuously for parent viewing. You can disable the screen timeout feature in the settings.

Does the infant monitor make an audible alert when it is lost signal? The alarm would help the parent realize that they could not see/hear their child? 

The Jartoo baby monitor provides an audible alert when it loses signal, helping parents stay aware if they cannot see or hear their child.

What type of charger does it use?

The parent unit uses a standard micro-USB charger.

Can you zoom in and out? 

Yes, you can zoom in and out using the parent unit.

What is the range for the monitor from the camera?

The effective range between the monitor and the camera is approximately 2,000 feet in open space. The distance would be shorter with walls seperated.

What's the contact information for the after sale service so I can purchase an add on camera for this monitor?

how do I turn night vision off during the day ?

The night vision feature is automatic and you don't need to manually turn off during the day.

How is quality of night vision picture?

The night vision picture quality is generally clear, providing good visibility in low-light conditions.

I can't hear the sound from the monitor，What should I do ?

Please restart the monitor and try again to hear the sound.

How hot does it get?

Our blanket has four temperature settings, namely 95℉ 108℉ 118℉ 131℉.You can easily switch between these settings by pressing a button.

What is the heating area?

Our blanket measures 60*50in, and the heating material accounts for 70%.

The blanket fails within the warranty period, how do I contact the seller?

If you experience any issues with the blanket during the warranty period, you can reach out to the seller for support. Simply click on the online chat tool in the bottom right corner or email us at support@jartoo.com. We'll respond to your request within 1 day.

What is the company's warranty for this product?

The standard warranty is 1 year. If you want to enjoy the 2-year warranty, please fill out the warranty registration form in the support section. For more information, feel free to contact us through the online chat tool.

What are the directions on how to wash it ?

Our blanket supports both machine washing and drying, but please pay attention to the following when washing：
1. Wait until the blanket is cooled before washing; 
2. Be sure to cut off the power and unplug the adapter before washing; keep the adapter dry and never try to wash it with water; 
3. Never try to soak it in high-temperature (>60°C) hot water or clean it by dry cleaning; 
4. To get a longer service life, the drying temperature is recommended to be lower than 65°C; 
5. For better heating effect, make sure the electric blanket is completely dried before use.

What is the operating voltage of this blanket?

The blanket operates on a low voltage of 24V, which is much lower than the safe voltage limit for human use. You can confidently use it without any concerns.

What kind of wall outlet does it plug into?

Our AC/DC adapter is compatible with standard wall outlets ranging from 100V to 240V. You can directly plug it into your regular wall socket without needing any special extensions.

How many watts does this consume? 

The maximum power consumption of the blanket is approximately 70W.

What is the length of the power cord?

The power cord is approximately 2.5 meters long, making it suitable for most scenarios.

What material are electric blankets made of? 

Our electric blankets have a flannel surface fabric that feels soft, fluffy, and gentle on the skin.

Can I remove the washable label?

Yes, you can remove the washable label once you have familiarized yourself with the important instructions. Our labels are designed to be easily peeled off, so you don't need any extra tools to remove them.

Can I lay on top of it?

Sure. Our electric blankets are made with flexible heating material, ensuring that you can comfortably lay on top of them without feeling any discomfort other than the warmth they provide.

Can you use this under a comforter?

Yes, you can use this blanket under another comforter if you prefer. It will provide warmth throughout the night.

How long does it take to warm up?

Our blanket heats up instantly, it reaches 118℉ in 3 minutes.
